Life can be full of problems, stress, anxieties, difficult situations, or just feel empty sometimes. During individual counseling sessions, I can help you identify and understand your specific situation. Together, I will support you in finding the courage and motivation to address your situation and start moving forward in a positive direction. I help people to understand their feelings and needs. Working together, we develop the steps (sometimes baby steps!) and daily tools needed to stabilize emotions and initiate positive changes in your life. These are some of the ways we accomplish that:
